Closing in on 81 Workouts

In 2004 I was able to hit the weights 80 times.  Not a stellar accomplishment considering the 113 times I did in 2003.  As of today, I have now tied my 80 number for 2005.  One more workout and I will have exceeded my 2004 number.  Considering the health issues I had this year, I’m happy with this number.  In a follow up post, I’ll detail those and reveal some wisdom I gained while in pain.  For 2006, I’m targeting a realistic goal of 100 weight based workouts.
