Web Empire 2006 P2
I just received the comments for my Web Empire 2006 post. Blogger has been holding comments on my posts for days.
Without giving too many details away, I was actually most excited about New Project #2. Then somebody showed me Trulia. Although this isn’t quite what I wanted to do, I feel it’s just a matter of time before they figure out what their missing. As someone that had their house on the market for almost a year, this site impresses the hell out of me. It goes around the MLS and the terrible inefficiencies that exist in real estate at this time. Last summer when I was creating my RSP home map, I should have been thinking on a larger scale.
In order for New Project #1 to even have a fighting chance I need to get INeedCoffee under control. At this time, I’m drowning in the mundane work keeping new content coming into the site. Got to get an intern.
Now that I’ve sold my house, I no longer need RanchoSanPasqual. What should I do with it? Sell it? Donate it to the community? Keep it for my resume? My belief is that most of the agents that work my community are too stupid to see the value in the site.
