Glad My House Sold Already
About 45 days ago I did a check on home prices in my old community of Rancho San Pasqual. At that time there were 11 homes for sale. Today there are 12 homes for sale.
2 Homes went onto the market
1 Home either sold or was pulled
5 Homes lowered their prices ($18K, $10K, $25K, $15K, $20K)
5 Homes kept the same price
Note that this is the community with access to the best school in San Diego North County. Selling once the school year has already started is going to be even tougher.
