Alexa Web Popularity

It appears that 2006 was a good year for the popularity of my web empire. According to Alexa, my sites are becoming more popular. Either that or everyone else is becoming less popular. Either way, I’ll take it. With Alexa rankings, the lower the number, the higher the ranking. (Yahoo is #1)

INeedCoffee.com has climbed from a ranking of 148,966 to 123,896 this year.

After the recent DeepFitness rewrite, it continues to climb. Was 533,104 just a few months ago. Today it is at 393,603.

CriticalMAS.com has made the biggest leap. Going from 2.5 million something to 517,598. People seem to like unemployed hikers in SoCal. Go figure.

I’m not sure what the Alexa ranking for DigitalColony was. For archive purposes, it is currently at 679,291.

RanchoSanPasqual is unranked. Oh well. My house sold, it’s job is done.
2007 Predictions
Now I’ll make my predictions on where the ranking for these web sites will be on December 9th 2007.

INeedCoffee/new coffee project - I’m currently putting together a team and a plan for the next version of INeedCoffee. If all goes well this will be a top 50,000 site in one year. If the team doesn’t come together, the site will continue to camp out in the 125,000-150,000 range where it’s been for years.

DeepFitness - 250,000 (site will triple content in 2007)

CriticalMAS - 400,000 (some new features are coming)

DigitalColony - 150,000 (this is my Babe Ruth pointing into the outfield prediction)

RanchoSanPasqual - ??? (hopefully sold to some bright real estate agent)
