A New Espresso Champ
This week I was introduced to the Vivace Dolce espresso blend and was amazed. This is the new champ in Italian style espresso. Today I bought 20 pounds of this blend in green (unroasted) coffee.
From their web site:
Espresso Dolce features a heavy red-gold crema with a sweet floral presence, balanced with a rich note of chocolate, and a complex, sweet aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
Agreed.
