Closer to a Decent Bench Press

After a week in Seattle eating less than healthy food and consuming massive amounts of espresso, I returned to the gym with low expectations. A week ago I confessed that my bench press was less than decent.

To my surprise I bested my previous bench of 215 by 10 pounds. Now I’m up to 225 (2 reps). That’s 2 plates on each side for the mathematically challenged.
