Waking Up to a Bullhorn 2007 Edition
It was exactly one year ago that a bullhorn woke me up. San Diego has the Race for Literacy, which blocks off some streets and has an 8K race for runners. This year I got up before the bullhorn. This year I got to hear numerous car alarms go off as a platform tow truck removed car after car from the street. Guess the car owners weren’t literate enough to see all the signs telling them not to park.
