My Last Piece of Fitness or Nutritional Advice
Over the years quite a few people have asked me for fitness or nutritional information. As much as I try to be helpful, I’ve come to the conclusion that it has all been a waste of time. Why? In the last few years I’ve noticed, all my advice appears not to be working. With one exception, everyone I’ve advised has failed to reach their goals.

Logically there are two possible explanations. Explanation one is all those I’ve shared knowledge with had neither the drive or will to follow my advice. Explanation two is my advice is somehow faulty. Just because eating 6 small protein-rich meals a day, low-rep weight training and avoiding alcohol worked for me, doesn’t mean it will work for others. Perhaps I’m unique. In the event that is is true, I’m calling it quits when it comes to dishing out fitness and nutritional advice.

The reality is I’m a 6′3 male ectomorph whose primary goal has been gaining muscle while keeping body-fat levels below 15%. This describes nobody else I’ve discussed fitness or nutrition with. My journey will be different than yours. Seek out your own information. Good luck.

ROFL. I’ll just go ahead and assume I’m one of your failed friends. Sorry about that. I can assure you though that at least in my case, it’s not your fault.

We can’t be certain. Perhaps my ideas were too unrealistic to implement. All diets work, not all diets work for everyone.

You definitely helped me, but I know what you mean.

You were the one exception.
This morning I read a cool rant on T-Nation that had me nodding in agreement.
