Lighthouse Roasters of Seattle
My ongoing mission to try every decent coffee roaster and cafe in Seattle continues. In most cities this can be done in a few hours. In Seattle seeking out new and outstanding coffee is a never ending journey. Today I went to Lighthouse Roasters and received an outstanding macchiato.

At some point, isn’t finding a few places that make outstanding coffee enough? I mean, if you can go two minutes from your house and get perfect coffee, why explore places that are further away?
