My goal is to do one stir fry a week. My most recent creation was a peanut sauce tofu with yo choy. It was pretty good, but I still have lots of room for improvement.
try adding the dreaded fish sauce used in most Thai recipes… it is the nastiest smelling concoction of fermented fish that you can imagine, but it is deliciously transformed into something tasty when added to almost any asian dish….

I used a little oyster sauce in this dish and it seemed to work.
