Delays Delays Delays
Here I am two weeks without my PC. Rumor has it may be fixed any day now, but the sad reality is all my target deadlines for releasing the next version of INeedCoffee keep getting pushed back. Another month delay. A September launch is out. An October launch would require me to mainline something stronger than coffee. So now I’m looking at November. Aggh!
My plans to travel to San Diego in October may have to be shelved.
Guavaween is starting to look like some event I USED TO attend. The odds of me going this year are very low.
Regardless of project status, I will return to Columbus for Thanksgiving.

It is days like today that almost make me want to throw in the towel and return to the workforce.

Hang in there, brother. I had a mentor once tell me, “It’s ok to want to quit, but it’s not ok TO quit.”
When a tenant damages my property and is threatening to sue because the window he broke throwing a beer bottle through it cut him or when his dog eats his rent, I want to quit. Definitely. But, I’m not going to and that’s what makes us entrepreneurs and investors the back bone and engine of the US economy. We will also not be taking the retirement bus tours in our 80s with all the other blue hairs or retiring to our nice, sterile, ‘looks like everyone else’s house’ in Florida.
All because we kept going, kept learning, kept DO-ing! In other words, LIVING!

I just got my fixed HULK back. Hopefully it won’t crash. It’s 6 AM, I’ve got a fresh batch of espresso - time to get started again!
