Substitution Mass Confusion Clouds Inside Your Head
This latte art attempt started as a heart and then mid-course I tried to go for the Rosetta. It wasn’t planned. Strictly a panic move. Almost looks like the old Cingular logo with a big heart head waving bye bye.
Speaking of latte art, check out Naug’s latest work over on Naug’s Latte Art Blog. If my pours were that good, I would have declared victory already.

Thanks for the props. I still feel like I have a long way to go, but I guess it’s just one’s point of view.
If you were to Google latte art you’d see some amazing examples - which is why I feel like I’ll never be able to “declare victory”.
But hey, even as mas would agree I’m sure - if the taste is good and ppl come back for more, you’ve done your job as a barista no matter how pretty it looks.
But the latte art IS sorta the icing on the cake. Thanks again for the shout out mas.

You are too humble. The latte art images on Google were almost all made using commercial machines by coffee professionals.
I finally got my 3-hole tip off my machine and will resume practice with the 1-hole starting tomorrow.
