I Used To Be Disgusted, Now I Try To Be Amused
This morning I went through almost a full gallon of milk and a half pound of espresso making attempt after attempt of latte art. Even though I didn’t get a single good pour, I am now recognizing my mistakes better. There are many steps that can go wrong when attempting a Rosetta. Figuring out which ones you got right and which ones you screwed up on, I suppose is part of the learning process. At least that is what I’m telling myself this morning.
